Video Audition Deadline: Stanford - June 20 / Carnegie & Harvard - July 31

In an era where trust and authentic connection matter most, our mission is to discover exceptional young musical talent and nurture them within a robust, lifelong global community. Rooted in our unique network encompassing elite professional fields and premier academic institutions like Harvard and Stanford, we bridge extraordinary potential with the world’s most revered stages. We are dedicated to fostering enduring relationships that empower the next generation of global leaders—both on stage and in their future academic and professional journeys.
As the founder of an international music organization and a global presenter, I have dedicated myself to nurturing the next generation of young musicians and guiding them toward international success.
Through the global initiatives I have established, I have had the privilege of creating performance opportunities at some of the world’s most revered venues—including Carnegie Hall, the Musikverein in Vienna, Harvard University, Stanford University, and the San Francisco Opera House—supporting over 600 musicians.
Most recently, in 2026, I served as the lead for artist relations and production operations for the Harvard Radcliffe Orchestra’s historic Japan tour, "Music As Peace." Managing the complex interface between the US orchestra and Japanese stage production teams, I ensured the seamless execution of this highly successful 41-year return tour, which featured acclaimed violinist Stella Chen—First Prize winner of the 2019 Queen Elisabeth International Violin Competition—as soloist across Tokyo, Yokohama, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki.
Through these years of leadership, I have built a robust network with Harvard and Stanford Universities, as well as long-standing relationships of trust with global executives. This network forms an unparalleled foundation that connects young talent directly to the world's premier stages.
My visionary leadership is uniquely grounded in a rare convergence of artistic insight and elite professional expertise. My passion for music began at the age of six when I first sat at the piano, a lifelong dedication that eventually led me to perform at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce from Keio University. Prior to my career in cultural production, I managed high-profile M&A and corporate finance transactions at Nishimura & Asahi, Japan’s largest and most prestigious law firm, and am a licensed U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.
My work is driven by a profound love for music and a deeply devoted commitment to young artists. Rooted in international trust and a proven track record, I am honored to serve as a steadfast partner to the exceptional talents who are shaping the future of music.
